had another 300miler last weekend fella's and it was fairly smooth with the July 22 software, I only had one issue with the software where it wouldn't connect to the bluetooth at one point and also wouldn't even pick up GPS signal for a few miles......but then a shut down and restart it did reconnect and was good the rest of the weekend. Also it did fix my rebooting issue I had as it didn't reboot at all the whole trip.

Best tip yet was to back rev to July 21 and the rev back to July 22. I needed to get the corrupt update off my RC, allowing the new 22 update to work properly.

I back rev'd to July 21 and was amazed at how fast my RC booted up. And where others lost BT, mine was actually streaming music from my phone before the display came up. I drove it around the yard, and went from forward to reverse, and my cam switched on and off as it was supposed to do.

So I then put in the new July 22 rev and after a quick drive around the yard, found that BT worked as it should, and the backup cam as well. We will see if it holds during the first week. Thanks all for the tips.
Quick update. We had a nice trail ride today on the latest update. It’s much more stable than the flakey one, and has all the new features.

Issues we still see, once in a while, the reverse cam will lock on cam, when you put it in H/L. But you can click any function to restore it. In other words, click Nav, gauges, music and the cam goes away.

It will also zero out the volume on first boot up. After a start. Volume level will be normal till you hit up or down and it will just zero it out. But you can take it up to riding volume easily..

I have noted that my RC Nav is slow to load upon initial boot up, but that could be because I have all the MN snowmobile maps loaded and it takes time to load them all.. Once on, it seems to work. But forget using the satellite image overlay, it just won’t load. My buddies Ranger has no issue, but it’s a 21, may be newer RC units have more RAM or processing power.

Yah I'm kind of in the same boat as you biff I see those issues/(or not sure if they are issues) lol that you have seen. (volume and camera lock on rear) I guess i don't let it bother me too much yet. I did have a time up north where it wouldn't connect to GPS and my blue tooth (which was odd) but it hasn't happen since then. So we'll see, i'm not gonna roll back yet.

I hate to say to reload the base map (because it takes a while) but you might have to do that....not sure. I wish they would update the base map, it's the same since 4/2020. (unless they've done something recently) Seems like you would have more issues than just the lakes if the base map was jacked up.
