New to the general game as i just picked up a '17 base. Ive always have had RZRs in the past. As i was researching tires and wheels i came across the Pro Armor Dual threat in 29x9x14 on polaris website. The site says its an all around tire, I ride on the east coast so im looking for a good trail tire than can handle wet conditions. Being 29" it sparked my interest. Thought about running the same 29x9x14 on all 4 corners. Has anybody seen this tire or know anything about it? thanks!

Welcome to the site and to General ownership Bcrozier0926!

Cant help with that tire But you said you had RZR's they come with the maxxis bighorns and I think they are about the best all around tire and wear great I run the 30x10x14 all around On mine and love them in all conditions! the dual threat looks like a good tire but never had or know anybody that's run them!

tritap...It looks like your up or near lake pleasant somewhere so your not that far...Just head up another hour North up on I-17...Munds Park is 17 miles South of Flagstaff right off I-17...If you ever go up there, take Munds Park exit, take a right, drive a few miles until you hit gravel...Once you hit the gravel rode there is a place where you can unload your machine and go ride!

Place is beautiful and up in the pines...Elevation is 6,500....You can head east from Munds Park and hit trails all day and hit Mormon Lake...Or head west down into Sedona...There are so many trails up and around Munds Park you will never see the same trail...I got my G4 a couple months so I haven't been on all the trails yet, but every weekend I'm up there I always find new trails...

I was looking for a second home to get out if this crazy hot weather in the valley and decided on Munds Park for several reasons....They have a golf course...There is a lake you can fish...There are no big stores, just 2 gas stations so your not in the city...I can hunt for deer, elk and turkey....And what excited me the most was EVERYONE had a side by side...I've never owned one, but once you buy a property in Munds Park its almost a must have....I can get to Flagstaff in 15 minutes....Sedona is 35 minutes...

I'm heading out of the country for a few weeks (vacation) and will be back in late July...We should plan on meeting up there and doing a day ride or for the weekend...
