Got caught up on some picture taking.

Welded plates on the end of the sliders I built a while back, definitely looks better. I have beat the **** out of these things.

Got the 2017 console lid installed...p/n2636312

For anybody wondering, it's the same lid as the non-covered. Polaris just staple seat material over it, the padding is pretty thin.

To minimize the chrome on my light bar, I painted the back side of the lens, after covering where the lights shine through with vinyl.

Here's the winch the wife got me for Christmas...

It's a cheapo from Tractor Supply, but should do the job, hopefully I don't need it much. Got a mounting plate, and different switch coming. This winch came with a bulky control box.

Looking forward to getting it installed.

Also, the 2017 mechanical timing chain tensioner I ordered will not work on my machine. Had I checked a little better beforehand I would've seen that. Mine is like a big bolt that screws in, the newer one bolts on with two bolts. The two will not interchange. Polaris snuck a redesign in there on us.

Not to bad of a match, the rings are a little darker.

Now just need the tires to show up.

Finally got most of my homemade guards installed, need a couple more fasteners to do the front.

What did you use for the guards, I want some so I don't fill everything with mud!

I believe he said in an earlier post he used .080 kydex for his mud guards. MMX I love the wheels and no one will be able to tell the difference in color.

Yeah, all trim levels have the same skid plate. I have had a few occasions where I hit on a big rock and could feel it on my feet. A thicker skid is on my list for sure.
