From time to time I see these rigid door uppers for the General that fit and look great. I believe they were OEM options but discontinued. Does anyone know the story behind them, why they stopped making them? They appear, with the OEM front and rear windows, to seal the cab pretty well and are a whole lot better than the soft uppers that require butchering the doors and constant "fitting".

I personally would rather have a company take the extra time, and build something right, instead of rushing something out just so it can be on the market. When consumers expect something to be designed and in production within a few months, they better be expecting crappy results 😉
