How many inches of travel up front now?
I will get measurement's today. with the 32s i can easily drive over a 20l pale with room to spare.
i am putting my 30s back on and get a measurement with 30s and 32s

Curious as to why you didn't go with high clearance lower arms in the front.
not in the budget right now. doing this conversion for suspension travel and comfort.
this should soften up the suspension and give it more travel.
I may opt out for arched forward later on. But at the moment this will have to do.
as for travel length i am using the xp1k shocks and they are sitting tall at the momment.
Roughly 20inches of travel. hope this helps

around 20inchs. now that being said i am not 100% adjusted yet. still have to test ride it and make some minor adjustments

Didn't say it would be an issue. I'm genuinely curious. Small Axle angle changes can be big differences in heat. I've seen a few degrees take it from 220 to 240 operating to 300 plus.

I do have to lower it a bit. at the moment the camber is out.
axles on order are bigger then stock. not to worried about axles, rather have a axle blow apart then the diff.
if i lower it to much the camber is out at the bottom. so trying to find the sweet spot.
I put the bigger tires on as they are brand new and will show me better on camber then my 30s.
will test ride with front done. and set it up, then when i am happy with the front we will move to the back.
i am glade people are following this and suggesting or asking questions.

Camber won't be an issue when you go to arched arms with adjustability. Is it a mud machine, trail, rocks, or combination? Surprised to see the mud tires on a conversion like this but in figuring you also trail ride a bunch.

Live in Manitoba Canada, a lot of swamp march/skeg, and a lot of great trails.
depending on the crew I ride with that day depends on the tires I ride that day. 90% of the time trails. but that 10% you need those lugs to get you through.

I do not have there funds so my rig is more of a budget build.
