The New XPEDITION

It looks like they put the Ranger, General and a Jeep in a blender and this is what came out. The marketing message and focus seems to be lacking. I am not sure if this is a supposed to be a replacement for the general and if it is not why do I buy one over the other? And what is the difference between the ADV and XP versions other than the glorified truck topper over the bed?

Perhaps I am just old and out of touch but I am just not sure what market segment this is aimed at. It seems like a solution to a question no one is really asking.

Well that is curious, that would make sense that it doesn't dump but it seems like it must come off some how so you can service the engine.
