I installed the round rollers on my secondary today, and noticed a couple items. Curious if they’re significant or not.

1) There were some scratches on the face of one of the disks. No sharp snags. Big deal, or no?

2) This rubber/plastic piece is cracked. Any concern?

I believe the split in the bushing is normal, the scratches appear to be caused by a foreign object possibly with threads that was caught between belt and sheaves. If their are no sharp edges and you take some scotch Brite to it it would probably be fine although you might experience slightly shorter belt life. Just take a good look at your belt every time you blow your clutches out! Personally I would run with it until you save your pennies for a new one.

I agree the split in the bushing is normal. I just replaced the pucks in my 2022 G2 and the bushing looked just like that.

Bushing is normal.
I would run the clutch if no sharp edges too.
Either something got between belt and sheave or someone worked on the clutch that didn't know what they were doing.
