When I asked around to see if the RZR HL front bumper would fit a General all I got was No or its a different machine doubt it will fit.
Well folks it fits, it bolts right in, you will need to cut and modify front facia to accommodate your winch.
RZR HL bumpers do not come cheap more money then most aftermarket bumpers so if you Really want one now you know!!!!

RZR XP front suspension, All RZR XP suspension drops in the General, Yes A arms uppers and lowers, front axles (non turbo non HL)
front shocks, tie rods. If you wanted to covert your General to a XP SUSPENSION all you have to do is add RZR Xp front end and get xp general rear a arms and axles.

I have had both. the General now rides vary similar to the RZR XP 1K.
You do not need to frame swap anything !! it is about dimension's and pitch of the shocks and suspension.
Does My General ride just like a RZR XP1K? Not 100% because The General seats sit more upright, steering wheel is closer to your body etc etc and this all effects the rider.
BUUUTTT!!!!! can a General perform like a RZR ??? Heck ya it can. All you have to do is invest a crap tone of money on parts .. and fabricate frame to accommodate trailing arms and rear suspension. I also Added some HP by getting it tuned.

I think what @lueck89 was saying is, a non XP-General, which has a 2 piece frame, cannot become a General XP, because they have a one piece frame. So no matter what suspension you put under it, it's still a non-XP General.

The General XP is a 1 piece frame that is what separate's from a non General XP 100%
I am talking about suspension only.

A non xp will never be an XP without the one piece frame like the XP has....

Maybe I am wording it incorrect?
I am specifying suspension NOT FRAME
I have edited my post to say suspension, sorry for the confusion.
