The switched or yellow, Pulse Bar wire in use to trigger a relay is consuming about zip for current. Thus overloading the 10A "Accessory Circuit" would be very difficult to do.
You shouldn't wire anything that would use the Yellow Pulse Bar wire as the load source for power.

Every accessory should be in two ways. Using the Red wire out of a Pulse Bar plug or another wire off the (+) pole of the battery.
This is one reason a lot of us use a "distribution fuse" block to power accessories. Run a Red, or Hot wire to the distribution block. Then wire all your accessories to the block. This will put all your fuses in one place. Remove the inline fuses for all the accessories.
