Did you clean and double check ground at frame?

Clean and torqued. Sorry for the delay it’s at the cabin and I’m only there on the weekends. Battery read 12.48 and no power to anything

Do you have power at fuse box at all? Next guess would be fuses/relays, some may appear to be good but not have continuity. Check positive lead to determine where loss of power begins. Power to Bus bar under hood?

Yes - there’s power to the bus bar under the hood, 12.48 at the ignition and all the fuses have power.
how would I diagnose the relays?

I'm out of town for the weekend, don't have access to my service manual for to much trouble shooting. I believe There are also circuit breakers involved.
I'm sure someone will chime in with more readily available info.

Also have you tried another battery as the Oem spillmaster battery can cause weird things to happen. Make sure you try that first. Even tho it's showing proper voltage it can still be failing.
