I made a right rear mud guard in front of the wheel. This is made form a 1/8" HDPE mud flap from NAPA, cut and molded slightly with a heat gun. The plastic is held on with stainless bolts through, a stainless clamp cage clamp on the right large frame post, a 1" stainless clamp on the lower brace, and a long bolt through the hole in the top right corner formed by the square frame above the engine, and the large cage post. No drilling on the machine. All can be removed and tossed if it doesn't work out and the machine restored to factory.

This adds some mild protection to the gas tank and may keep some mud, leaves, sticks, out from under the passenger seat. I had done some of this protection on my Ranger, but made them larger and found it trapped heat. So I cut this one down around the engine. Also, since it is mounted to the lower brace, it leaves a large space in front that allows air flow. Will let you know how it performs.
