The first ride I took general out I cracked the clutch sheave the second ride a rock went into my radiator fan and tour my radiator apart. None of these rides were extreme main gravel roads.

Don't know about the clutch, bad luck? The radiator is a known issue. Alaskan is selling guards to prevent that. Search for it on the forum.

Welcome Lammib! Maybe it was a good thing my a general took so long to get here. I had my rad guards before my Deluxe! I put them on before I ever took it out!

I think these Dirt Commander tires just grab/throw rocks like crazy. Never had this much of a problem with the Bighorns on my last ride. I'm constantly finding stones on the skid plate, frame, under the fenders etc. I was installing the AK47 mud guards and a rock just fell out of somewhere in the upper suspension/bed area. I was like WTH? On a ride yesterday one just decided to pop in and sit on my lap...I have front and rear windows! A buddy with a 900 Rzr with the Dirt Commander tires says he always sees them flinging out in front of him off the tires too.
At this point I'm thankful for the radiator guards. Driving my 3/4 ton truck and trailer 40 miles into the mountains on the rough roads we travel to recover a machine with a shredded radiator is not my idea of a good time.:|
