If you have a long enough whip on your grease gun I usually access the middle zerk on the slip joint by going through underneath the driver's seat. (pull the storage box) It's kind of hard to do but it can be done. Front one is easy from under drivers seat then far rear through left wheel well. I've been avoiding front sway bar squeaks ever since I keep a can of aerosol white litium grease with me. Seems to squeak day after wet running but goes away with some squirts on both the bushings. The two rear sway bar zerks is easy with the bed tipped for me!

Polyurethane bushings for the rear tomorrow.

Do these have decent channels that'll hold grease and actually push grease around the sway bar instead of out the side of the bushing?

No…the OEM ones don’t either. I think the zerk could be a little longer so it actually shoots grease in the hole instead of spewing into the grooves a the base, that’s where most of my grease was
