I'm getting a constant 390 mA key off current draw that's killing my battery after a few days sitting, and pulling this fuse make the draw go away. Anybody know what this fuse is going to and maybe wire colors? Older 2016 service manuals call for no more that 10ma current. All accessories I've added go thru the main under hood terminal controlled by the accessory relay which is functioning normally.

Here's what I found the UNSW_B+ it is only on the INTL models. Its the un-switch power to some relays.

Im having the same problem with mine, how were you able to fix it

Dennis, help me out...which fuse are you pulling?

I've studied the wiring harness drawing a whole bunch and may be able to help.
