Here's my attempt at tightening the door. Heated up a flat head screwdriver and melted slots in panel. Drilled holes in inner aluminum support. Tightened ziptie. Pulled them right in. I know not everyone agrees with the ties. I'm good with it. Can always go with bigger ties, and more of if need be.

I think that is a pretty good fix! Once you put the inner door panels on, nobody but you (and us) will know it's held together with zip ties.

I have to think that Polaris might be working a solution for these things. I'm sure they don't want to see the zip tie fix, it's gotta be a little embarrassing...

That's pretty much exactly what Polaris is having their service deptments do to fix the doors. I had it done on mine and it helped a lot but I'm going to put some nice bolts and washers on the inner panel and tap it into the aluminum frame.
