I am not seeing this right? Can you only get the said colors in the designated models? I want the deluxe, but in red. ??

Yes you are seeing it right, You can only get the red in standard model , Blue in premium model and the deluxe in the orange. You can not choose different colors on different models

but you can buy a cheap vinyl wrap... or a space set of plastics

The Polaris Red looks simple enough to paint since it doesn't have as much design as the orange one. Or just wrap it
I'm sure Ebay will come out with something sooner or later.
