@lws Thanks for the feedback! I agree that the mini zip ties are a bit more "permanent" than what is handy. I know you already solved your issue, but 1/4" velcro cable management ties might be worth a try. I don't know how they will fare in harsh outdoor conditions, though, but if you keep an eye on them once in a while throughout the season they might be ok.

I initially designed the cover with industrial velcro tabs (with corresponding adhesive velcro tabs for the grill) but there is so little surface area for the tabs on the grill I was concerned that it wouldn't hold reliably and people's money (cover) would just blow off on the trail somewhere. So, I somewhat overkilled the fasteners.
ya i first thought velcro but figured like you with the mesh theres not much of it to adhere too. I picked up a used grill for like 30 bucks of ebay. seemed like the best solution.

Cold Fronts (grille covers)
These help maintain a higher engine temp in the winter which helps with heat output. For example, my General runs at about 174º-176º in the winter with no cover. I get no warm air out of my heater at those temps. With the cover in place, my General runs between 190º-205º and I get nice warm air out of my heater.
Obviously, you do not run these in warmer weather or if you see your engine temps climbing into the "hot" zone.

These are made to order; you choose the embroidery color and whether or not you need the camera provision.
The covers come with 9 zip ties for easy attachment to/removal from your grille.
$45.00 Shipped to your door
PayPal accepted
Please PM me to order.

Please note, these do not have "Polaris" on them. They simply have "General" embroidered on them. Best to avoid any trademark issues.
Interested in the cold weather grille cover for my G2 Delux.

I'm working on getting a new Ranger in the shop to pattern but I'm having a little trouble getting my hands on one (partially because we're so busy with the General covers this time of year). I'm actively trying to add more models but it's dependent on when I can get access to them to ensure a perfect fit.

I do offer a Ranger cover set but it is for these models only:

Polaris Brutus: 2013-2014
Polaris Brutus HD: 2013-2014
Polaris Ranger 570 Fullsize: 2015-2016
Polaris Ranger Crew 570 Fullsize: 2015
Polaris Ranger Crew 570-6: 2016
Polaris Ranger Crew 900: 2014-2016
Polaris Ranger Crew 900-5: 2016
Polaris Ranger Crew 900-6: 2016
Polaris Ranger Crew Diesel: 2015-2018
Polaris Ranger Crew XP 1000: 2017-2018
Polaris Ranger Crew XP 900: 2017-2019
Polaris Ranger Diesel: 2014-2018
Polaris Ranger Diesel HST: 2014-2017
Polaris Ranger XP 1000: 2017
Polaris Ranger XP 900: 2013-2019

Wheel Tire Vehicle Automotive tire Tread

Sorry about that!
