Clutch failure

A couple rides ago I noticed the clutch was sticking when trying to stop. Thought I’d get lucky and just have some gunk builduTurns out it’s worse than expected. Appears the spider but backed off, one roller has a flat spot which ruined the Dalton weight, and my bearing now rolls both directions (I think it used to be a one way). The sheaves also have a bit of a ridge at the bottom when the clutch is wide open. When I loosened it from the engine output shaft the whole clutch popped open which surprised me.

Luckily it got us through yesterday’s adventure into some nasty territory. Not sure if it’s worth rebuilding, or buy a new primary, then sell it for a Honda 🥴
