Since support us engineers insist on putting the air intake on the side post where all the dust comes up from the front wheel it sucks a lot of dirt into the clutch Box. I did not like that so I am eliminating that side intake and I have installed a K&N Air filter with an Outerwear cover.directky behind the OEM Air intake location.

Been running this setup for almost two years, I have two Dry filters so I always have a clean one available. All but eliminated dirt in the clutches. I run this setup during the summer and run stock intake during winter or when it's muddy. I still blow my clutches out often but mainly for belt dust. I do ride alone or I'm in the lead so I have very little dust coming in from front intake and have an Outerwear on that too. Also running Blow Hole clutch exhaust fan. It's amazing how much this reduced dust in the clutches, Noticeable difference when I blow them out!

I have done the same, and yes that all helps. Still running Mtn fit, you'll have to keep us posted on any noticeable improvement with Bs Fab! Polaris engineers always seem to drop the ball when it comes to dust intrusion, whether it's engine intake(800RZR) or clutch intake General. Guess there's not much dust riding on the frozen tundra of Roseau, Minnesota! Lol

I sealed the frame from the air intake on the side that is coated with a frogskin with foam rubber and additional screws. the frame is originally held with a screw and 2 straps. As a result, a lot of dust got into the CVT housing on the side. First I also placed a filter with the intake blower at this point. When it rained and the road was wet, I had a lot of water through the tires in my CVT housing. Now I have moved the blower to the front under the hood. I regularly blow out my CVT housing after about 500-600 km and actually only have some dust from the DuraClutch and belt dust. I've been using this solution for about 6000km
The blower is a 3 inch bilge blower from boat accessories and costs € 34
