Just wondering about how the belt should be sitting in secondary, mine is above a good 1/4 inch or more, 2023 general xp1000, my snowmobile always set about flush.

Replaced mine with HW rollers a long time ago.
Your general is set correctly. Your snowmobile is not... the general belt rides higher than a snowmobile...Just wondering about how the belt should be sitting in secondary, mine is above a good 1/4 inch or more, 2023 general xp1000, my snowmobile always set about flush.
FYI the snowmobile belt should be about 1/8" above the secondary. So that the bottom part of the "U" for the top cogs should just be level with the secondary
