I'm guessing you will need to put the A-arms back on.....or you meant to say sway bar?
If you're questioning my stuff?

No I removed my front sway bar. Bought the 23" (I think) PRP strap kit for a rzr xp (no turbo). It fit my 22 general perfectly. The kit came with longer bolts, the spacers needed to clear the springs and the straps. Everything fit perfect. I went this route because I didn't feel like trying to source my own hardware/spacers, which is needed to fit the straps....

I just put limit straps on the front of my 2018 G2. I checked prices ads went with Sandcraft starps, 22 inches long. Yours may be different. You need to jack up the front of the General in the center, so that the tires droop down (off the floor). Then measure from the center of the upper shock mount hole to center of the bottom hole. Subtract 1 to 1 1/2 inches, and that's the length straps you need. If you go too cheep, you may not get well-made straps. DO NOT get so cheep that you decide to make your own mount kit, like I did. The 10mm by 1.25 bolts are rare at our hardware stores, as are the washers and nuts. I made my spacer nuts my stacking 3 - 10mm nuts and welding them together, to make a coupler nut. That (with washers) was the correct spacing to keep the staraps away from the side of the springs. For all my welding and shopping, I paid $1.50 MORE than the $30 that I could have bought the mounting kit for. Not wise!

I ordered my limit strap kit from Sandcraft. Pricey, but quality stuff, with heavy-duty straps and hardware. Eventually, I’ll make time to install them, but I’ll likely wait until I decide which a-arms to buy and install it all at the same time.

I meant to mention that I ordered 22 inch straps, but they measured 21 1/2 inches when they arrived. Must be related to the 30 inch tires that measure 28 1/2 inches. Ha!
They’ll probably stretch a little after some usage.

I used PRP 22" straps and fabricated 4 link brackets at 1" bolt centers to allow me to install the straps on the bolt head end of the fastener, rather that the threaded end.

This is to utilize the thicker, strongest part of the bolt and if it was to bend, it would be easy to remove/replace.

Bolt: 10mm-1.25 x 90mm (G-12.9)
Spacer: 1"

Font Rectangle Circle Pattern Parallel

So, I'm looking at the Sandcraft limit straps for the front of my machine. With the monster ST Fox 2.5 shocks...I'm wondering if there is room at the front of the shocks?
I followed the ST instructions for setting the shocks...got more ground clearance, So know I'll need custom length straps.
Anyone got pics of their setup?
Thanks!

What size are the shock mount bolts, m10x1.25 by how long in length? I’m going to by PRP straps and make my own mounts. The sand craft kit is nice, but I’m not paying $260 for it.
