1691 "5" Rear differential Output open

Hoping to get some help with this one.
2018 G4 ride Command. 2700 Miles. I was cleaning engine with a small brush and some cleaner while the key was on and playing music. I somehow unplugged the turf mode actuator and the alarm popped up 1691 "5". Now worries I needed to put some dielectric in that plug anyway. Plugged everything back in, everything works as it should but I cant clear the alarms. Tried unplugging the battery, but thats not doing it.
Any Suggestions out there?

With the key off, unplug the turf mode driver from the main harness ( not the solenoid).
Turn key to the on position and plug it in.
Turn key off, wait a few minutes, turn key on and start.

Thanks for the info. I am in the middle of changing trans fluid. I will give it a shot.

Its not working. I am sure I am doing this incorrectly. Do I need to follow the cable from the solenoid up the frame rail and unplug what looks a large switch? This is called the Driver? I will try this again tonight. I am sure I am unplugging the wrong connector.
