They have not worked since day 1 in my 2022 xp 1000 deluxe ride command. I checked the fuses and all appear to be good. Can a fuse look good and still be bad? Any insight on which fuse it really is. I have found to many schematics

Fuses can look good and not be. I'd replace one and see if anything changes.

Could also be that the leads on the back of the plug are disconnected

The only one I have removed is the one in the center dash. It's easy. Just gently pry at one corner or another and pull/wiggle the piece out.

The whole panel comes out as one piece, switches and all. It's just clips holding it in.

That 12v will have a red and a black hooked to it via spade connectors.

You need a continuity tester to really check to see if fuse is good check from post to post on fuse and if their is continuity then fuse is good

I checked fuse , all good , turns out the wires on both plugs were not connected , where is the quality control.

After you have taken your dash and center console apart a half dozen times you will get it. It's the easiest thing to either forget, or bump off upon reassembly. My rear seat GPS has not been on for a couple months, not realizing I had done the same thing when putting my center console back together this spring.

I popped the armrest up with the two body panel rivets and connected it. No big deal.

They pop out actually quite easely just use a very small screwdriver pry under lip of plug it will lift up and access wires ,plug in ,good to go
