Pulled it out of a boneyard in 1999 in Barstow because it was half buried in sand drifts. Brought home on trailer. Completely disassembled, sand-blasted and powder-coated all frame, suspension parts and wheels. Took scaler to the bed which had nine-hundred hand-painted coats of paint (guess what- when the Marines aren't busy..... they paint...God bless them.....no rust)
